Pricing · Fixed in writing

What it starts at, and what moves it from there.

Below are the floors: what is paid once, and what is paid every month. There is no per-job price list, because the figure for your job depends on your scope and we will not guess it. So this page shows you where we start and exactly what moves the number, and the call begins further along.

Your quote · the document

Scope
Written in full before anything starts. What is built, and what is not.
Price
One figure, fixed against that scope.
Timeline
Dated. Two to four weeks for most builds.
Changes
Requoted in writing before we build them. Never invoiced after.
Ownership
Domain, hosting, accounts and code in your name from day one.

Where we start

The floor, before you spend twenty minutes on the phone

What is paid once, and what is paid every month. These are the floors, not quotes: the figure for your job is fixed in writing against a scope, and what moves it is further down.

Paid once

One fixed figure against a written scope. When it is built, it is yours.

Websites

That includes the writing. The cheaper quotes you will get elsewhere are cheaper because the words are not in them.

$4,000+ GST

$4,400 including GST

Builds

CRM, AI agents, the systems that catch the enquiries. The platform underneath is a real subscription, billed to your account at the platform’s price. We do not mark it up, and you will know what it costs before you commit.

$3,500+ GST

$3,850 including GST

Paid every month

Only where the work genuinely recurs. Stop any month; the build keeps running.

Campaign management

Above $5,000 a month it becomes 15% of spend. Your ad budget goes straight to Google and Meta on your own card, in your own ad account. It never passes through us.

$1,500 a month+ GST

under $5,000 of monthly ad spend

Below $1,500 a month of ad spend, the management fee eats the result, and we will tell you to run it yourself.

That is not us being precious. At Australian lead costs, a smaller budget does not produce enough enquiries in a month to learn anything from, so you would be paying us to guess. If that is where you are, the honest answer is a fixed piece of work with a clean ending, not a monthly fee.

Every figure here is a starting point, not a quote. What you actually pay is fixed in writing against a written scope, and it is the same number at the end as it was at the start. What moves it is below.

The drivers

What moves the number

The quote is not plucked from the air. It moves on a handful of things, and most of them are in your control.

What drives it up

Custom software
Building what no product covers costs more than configuring what one does. We will tell you which one you need.
More channels
Every extra place enquiries arrive, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, forms, is more wiring and more testing.
Integrations that need building
Connecting a tool without a ready-made connection is a scoped build of its own.
Messy history
Migrating years of scattered contacts and half-finished records takes real hours before the new system is clean.

What brings it down

One clear problem
A scope built around the leak that costs you most is cheaper than one built around everything at once.
Keeping what works
We will not migrate you off a system that already does its job. Reusing it brings the number down.
Standard channels
The six channels on our integrations page are wired ground we know well. Staying on them keeps the build short.
Starting small
Most clients start with one build, see it run, then add the next piece. Nothing requires buying everything on day one.

What you get

What each one includes

The split between paid once and paid monthly is above. This is what actually sits inside each of them, including the things that stay yours if you stop working with us.

Builds

Fixed, quoted in writing

Paid once, against the written scope

Websites, CRM setup, AI agents. One figure, one build, then it is yours.

  • Scope and price in writing before anything starts
  • Everything built in accounts you own
  • Handover session and a written handover document
  • Changes requoted before they are built, never after
Scope a build

Ongoing work

Quoted monthly

Only where the work genuinely recurs

Campaign management and support, if you want it. Neither is required to keep a build running.

  • Ad budget goes straight to the platforms, never through us
  • Platform subscriptions billed to your own accounts, at their price
  • Monthly reporting in dollars and jobs, in plain English
  • Stop any month. The build keeps working without us

Custom software

Scoped, then fixed

Nothing starts without a written scope

The most expensive thing on this site, which is why we talk you out of it when a product already fits.

  • Paid scoping first, so the big number is never a guess
  • If an existing product does eighty per cent, we point you there
  • Fixed figure for the build, staged if it is large
  • You own the code and the repository
Talk it through

Nothing on this page is a figure because no honest figure exists without your scope. The first call ends with a range; the written scope ends with the number.

Two pages that will get you closer to a number before you ring. Hiring versus automating runs the real cost of an admin hire, award rate, super and payroll tax included, on your own figures. Integrations lists the channels that are wired ground, which is the cheapest build there is.

What the first call establishes

Twenty minutes, free, with Ali Ishtiaq. It exists to get you a real number, not to sell you one.

Step 1: Where it leaks

How enquiries arrive today, where they stall, and what one lost job costs you. Your arithmetic, not ours.

Step 2: What to build first

Usually one thing, not five. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, that is the answer you get.

Step 3: The range

A straight indication on the call, so you can decide whether the written scope is worth your time.

Step 4: The number

A written scope with one fixed figure and a dated timeline. You sign it, or you keep the scope and walk away.

About the number

Your number is one call away.

Twenty minutes with Ali Ishtiaq gets you a straight range on the phone and a fixed figure in writing after it. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what you will hear.
