Timeframes and inclusions on this site are indicative. Work is quoted individually against a written scope, and that scope and price is what governs an engagement, not this website.
Results
We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, lead volume or advertising performance. Anyone in this industry who does is either guessing or misleading you. What we commit to is the scope of work, delivered as written.
What you own
On full payment, you own the domain, hosting account, code, CRM account and advertising accounts we set up for you. They are registered in your name from the start, not transferred at the end.
Your responsibilities
Content, approvals and access you provide need to be accurate and yours to give. Where we operate marketing or messaging on your behalf, you remain the sender for the purposes of Australian law, and we will build to comply with it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.
